I'm suspecting Dark Falls back then was a bit religious (And not used to mystical beings trotting around in it 24-7), so I'm sure children picked on James because of his ears, eyes, and strange dead look, calling him 'Demon' and such, but thankfully, Dark Falls isn't as religious as it was today

I forgot to add that he was teased because of his accent too, considering he's Scottish
